Responsibilities
Partner with supervisors, managers and union to address employee relations issues and support performance management.
Coordinate hourly recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support training initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
Participate in safety and compliance audits as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to interact with all levels in the organization
Effectively organize, set priorities, schedule assigned work; oversee multiple and rapidly changing priorities
