Responsibilities
Work directly with external customers, conducting negotiations on lead times, deliveries, and priorities
Support quotation processes, price reviews, cost analyses, and the preparation of commercial proposals
Monitor sales KPIs, margins, volumes, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate targets
Prepare reports, commercial analyses, and executive presentations to support decision-making
Coordinate the flow of information between internal areas (Engineering, Programs, Operations, Finance) to ensure customer requirements are met
Support contract management, RFQs, and commercial documentation
Monitor market trends and competitor movements, identifying business development opportunities
Ensure compliance with internal commercial policies and global standards
Represent Lear in meetings with customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
Previous experience in commercial areas, sales, pricing, account management, or related functions
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of SAP is desirable
Intermediate English
