About the role

  • Sales Specialist at Lear Corporation guiding external client negotiations and supporting commercial proposals. Coordinating internal information flow and monitoring market trends for business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with external customers, conducting negotiations on lead times, deliveries, and priorities
  • Support quotation processes, price reviews, cost analyses, and the preparation of commercial proposals
  • Monitor sales KPIs, margins, volumes, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate targets
  • Prepare reports, commercial analyses, and executive presentations to support decision-making
  • Coordinate the flow of information between internal areas (Engineering, Programs, Operations, Finance) to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Support contract management, RFQs, and commercial documentation
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements, identifying business development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial policies and global standards
  • Represent Lear in meetings with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
  • Previous experience in commercial areas, sales, pricing, account management, or related functions
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Intermediate English
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model at the São Bernardo do Campo coworking (4x1)
