Responsibilities
Enter, update, and organize information in the HubSpot system, ensuring data quality and proper recording of customer interaction history.
Assist in prospecting, negotiation, and sales processes, supporting the identification of opportunities and contributing to the closing of new business.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, monitoring the customer journey, and strengthening loyalty.
Populate, track, and maintain control spreadsheets, converting operational data into relevant information to support decision-making.
Support departmental routine planning by organizing priorities and helping to optimize daily workflow.
Participate in team meetings, monitor goals and KPIs for the area, and contribute analyses and insights for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Animal Science (Zootecnia), Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields;
Good verbal and written communication skills, clear writing, and a professional demeanor;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Organized profile, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a multitasking environment;
Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and responsible.
