- Proactively win new business through calls, emails and relationship-building

- Source and engage high-calibre technical talent through headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first conversation to placement and global mobilisation
- Build deep expertise in a renewable energy niche, owning your market over time
- Create engaging adverts, campaigns and content to attract the best talent in the sector
Requirements
- Experience in sales or recruitment (telesales, B2B, B2C, call centre, inside sales) or a proven hunger to succeed
- Confidence to pick up the phone, handle objections and keep going
- A target-driven mindset with ambition to progress and earn
- Resilience, energy and a strong work ethic
