Responsibilities
Advising on our products: building savings (Bausparen), financing, sustainable renovation, and retirement provision
Planning financing solutions and selling them to customers
Acquiring new customers and actively managing your assigned territory
Supporting the entire building-savings and financing process and cooperating with local Sparkassen (savings banks)
You operate as a self-employed agent and act independently with responsibility
Requirements
Completed vocational training or university-level education
At least 1.5 years of experience in sales
Willingness to obtain the professional competence certificate under §34i GewO (legal requirement for brokering mortgage loans)
Determined and highly motivated to learn and perform
Optimistic and entrepreneurial in your approach to achieving goals
