Collaborating closely with our SDR team to drive pipeline growth, refine outreach strategies, and ensure seamless handoffs to sales
Conduct tailored product demos and articulate the value of the Specialist Platform products to prospects across roles and sectors.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Own the full 360 sales cycle, prospecting and qualifying opportunities, building pipeline, demonstrating value, and navigating complex procurement processes to close deals with legal professionals and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM (Salesforce) and report on KPIs such as AOV, conversion rate, and churn.
Contribute to team strategy and share insights on ICP trends, objections, and market feedback.
Requirements
2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
Proven track record of exceeding targets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas & companies.
A proactive mindset and resilience in navigating objections and complex buying cycles.
Familiarity with CRM and Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari) and experience using sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN.
