About the role

  • Business Development Manager driving sales for Thryv's SaaS solutions in Brisbane. Engage with SMBs, generate leads, and exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • A face to face role where you will hit the road and connect with SMBs, turning conversations into contracts
  • Sell Thryv’s game-changing SaaS solutions that help tradies and service providers win jobs, manage jobs, and get paid faster
  • Own your territory: generate leads, build pipelines, and smash monthly targets
  • Solve real-world business challenges with powerful CRM, automation, and marketing tools
  • Track KPIs weekly and celebrate big wins every month

Requirements

  • 2+ years of face-to-face sales experience (SMB experience is a plus)
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Extremely driven and a self-starter energy – you thrive in the field building your own pipeline
  • Passion for tech, CRM, or digital marketing? That’s a huge bonus
  • Resilience, curiosity, and the drive to exceed targets and earn big
