About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist handling customer inquiries in a tech-oriented environment at lawpilots. Collaborating with support and tech teams for efficient first-level support.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in 1st-level support
  • Technical setup of orders such as user account creation or license assignments
  • Initial troubleshooting and clear documentation for 2nd-level support
  • Expanding the knowledge base by documenting recurring questions and solutions
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of practical experience in customer support (including internships or student assistant positions)
  • Good technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Self-organized, digitally savvy and reliable working style with high attention to detail
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce or similar systems
  • German at native level and English at least B2 level
