Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Dedicated Services management team, including maintaining records and creating reports.
Assist with the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, safety, recruiting, IT, finance, and human resources to ensure integrated and efficient operations.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and issues, making recommendations for improvements.
Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and offering training and support to users.
Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact operations.
Ensure projects are staying on track and assist in operational administrative work.
Step in to manage operations when other team members are on PTO, learning how the division operates to eventually move into an operations manager role as the division grows.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by supervisor.
Must be able to be on call outside of office hours
