About the role

  • Senior Customer Service and Treasury Specialist providing Gift Card support and Treasury Transactions. Manage payments and oversee orders while ensuring customer service excellence during specified hours.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries regarding gift card issues and inventory restock
  • Administer and manage a gift card call center, email inbox, and external ticket system
  • Deliver timely resolutions to critical team member payroll issues
  • Collaborate with payroll, accounting departments, bank partners as needed to resolve various Treasury issues
  • Work with bank personnel on banking issues
  • Submit and verify inventory invoices for payment
  • Manage the Business to Business gift card registrations and orders as well as occasional Business to Customer gift card orders
  • Manage the Restaurant Bulk Load Requests
  • Assist in gift card liability reconciliations and report requests
  • Research on restaurant and customer issues
  • Holiday Card Inventory Requests and shipments
  • Miscellaneous administration work
  • Real time documentation updates
  • Works on special projects as assigned
  • Serves as a subject matter expert
  • Performs work under limited supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters
  • Provides feedback and makes process and procedure change recommendations
  • Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
  • May orient, train, assign and check other employees for quality assurance purposes
  • May lead small projects independently
  • Works as part of a project team to deliver medium to large projects or outcomes and may be involved on more than one project at a given time
  • Plans and conducts assignments with appreciable latitude
  • Manage, maintain, coordinate and drive gift card production
  • Streamlining business processes coordination and workflow improvement
  • Analysis and capacity planning of inventory and gift card needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Business Management experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Vlookup, pivot tables, charts, If statements, data validation, conditional formatting, working with multiple spreadsheets
  • Technology savvy
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills enabling one to gather data and present it in a clear and understandable method to the receiving audience
  • An excellent communicator (listens, speaks, and writes well)
  • Highly organized and process driven; is able to manage a multitude of requests, details, and follow-ups (including paperwork)
  • Welcomes change
  • Accounting experience preferred
