About the role

  • Senior Customer Support Engineer managing audio infrastructure solutions globally. Working in an agile team and supporting clients with expert technical assistance, focusing on broadcasting technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and perform incident management for audio infrastructure solutions
  • Work in an agile team environment as part of the Professional Service Group
  • Support external customers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise
  • Work with state-of-the-art products and stay current with technological developments
  • Analyze systems, perform system updates and conduct health checks remotely and on-site

Requirements

  • Degree in audio and/or network engineering, a comparable technical qualification, or relevant professional experience
  • Expertise in broadcasting and/or IT technologies
  • Experience in the broadcast industry with solid knowledge of IP-based media networks
  • Ideally, experience working with Lawo products, particularly mc² consoles and audio devices
  • Proactive, independent working style
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and German
