Responsibilities

Support external customers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise
Work with state-of-the-art products and stay current with technological developments
Analyze systems, perform system updates and conduct health checks remotely and on-site
Requirements
Degree in audio and/or network engineering, a comparable technical qualification, or relevant professional experience
Expertise in broadcasting and/or IT technologies
Experience in the broadcast industry with solid knowledge of IP-based media networks
Ideally, experience working with Lawo products, particularly mc² consoles and audio devices
Proactive, independent working style
Customer-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and German
