Responsibilities
Mentor Junior Lawyer Success Managers and support onboarding and training.
Act as an escalation point for complex lawyer issues.
Refine Lawyer Success workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
Support rollout of scalable processes and playbooks.
Manage a strategic lawyer portfolio to improve engagement, billing, and adoption.
Lead quarterly reviews and key check-ins.
Gather feedback, resolve friction points, and run training sessions.
Collaborate with Product and Legal Ops to enhance the lawyer journey.
Track engagement, churn, and growth metrics.
Provide insights to support strategic planning.
Requirements
Strong experience (3+ years) in customer success or account management within legaltech or professional services and ideally in a fast-paced startup.
Experience in or with law firms, legaltech companies or platforms.
Legal training, such as an LLB or previous practice as a solicitor.
Can build long-term, trusted relationships and communicate confidently.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, passionate about improving processes and outcomes.
