About the role

  • Regional Sales Director leading high-performing clinics in the DMV region at LaserAway. Focused on coaching leaders and driving sales performance while maintaining brand excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales performance, operations, and talent strategy across multiple clinics
  • Partner closely with Location Directors, Sales teams, Clinicians, HR, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth
  • Spend meaningful time in clinics, coaching leaders and troubleshooting performance gaps
  • Own regional sales performance including YOY and same-store sales growth
  • Use DOMO and KPI dashboards to set goals, identify risks, and drive execution
  • Coach teams on LaserAway's consultative sales process and SOPs
  • Maintain brand standards and customer experience scores
  • Host weekly leadership calls and provide ongoing training and performance feedback
  • Support succession planning to fuel long-term growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading multiple locations in a sales-driven environment
  • Strong background in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service
  • Proven success driving KPIs, managing labor, and improving profitability
  • Experience coaching leaders and scaling teams
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
