About the role

  • Partnerships Manager building strategic partnerships to enhance LANDR's visibility in music tech. Collaborating across teams to support product marketing and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and establish partnerships with strategic organizations, including technology vendors, resellers, API partners and distribution partners
  • Create and implement comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of more than 50 strategic partners while continuously seeking new partnership opportunities
  • Support the negotiation, drafting and execution of partnership and licensing agreements to ensure clear terms and sustainable, successful collaboration
  • Design and execute affiliate programs with compelling value propositions
  • Oversee performance metrics and ROI tracking for all partnership initiatives
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners and maintain detailed documentation of partnership outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, to optimize joint strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of their organizations

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience in the music or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of the music and music-technology industry (vendors, platforms, resellers)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in partnership development and management (B2B, B2C, co-marketing, integrations, affiliate/reseller networks); sales experience is a significant asset
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to present, negotiate and tell persuasive stories
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Quick learner with an understanding of LANDR products, their value propositions and creator workflows
  • Excellent spoken and written English, as the majority of our partners operate in English
