Partnerships Manager building strategic partnerships to enhance LANDR's visibility in music tech. Collaborating across teams to support product marketing and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate and establish partnerships with strategic organizations, including technology vendors, resellers, API partners and distribution partners
Create and implement comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage a portfolio of more than 50 strategic partners while continuously seeking new partnership opportunities
Support the negotiation, drafting and execution of partnership and licensing agreements to ensure clear terms and sustainable, successful collaboration
Design and execute affiliate programs with compelling value propositions
Oversee performance metrics and ROI tracking for all partnership initiatives
Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners and maintain detailed documentation of partnership outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, to optimize joint strategies
Maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of their organizations
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience in the music or technology industry
Strong knowledge of the music and music-technology industry (vendors, platforms, resellers)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in partnership development and management (B2B, B2C, co-marketing, integrations, affiliate/reseller networks); sales experience is a significant asset
Excellent communication skills: ability to present, negotiate and tell persuasive stories
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Quick learner with an understanding of LANDR products, their value propositions and creator workflows
Excellent spoken and written English, as the majority of our partners operate in English
