Responsibilities
You independently handle all administrative and organizational tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding.
You maintain personnel files and update master data in SAP SuccessFactors and the time-tracking tool Atoss.
You are the primary point of contact for all HR-related questions from employees and managers.
You obtain work permits and manage reporting procedures.
Requirements
You have a commercial vocational education, ideally complemented by further training as an HR administrator or HR specialist with a Swiss Federal Certificate (eidg. Fachausweis).
You bring initial professional experience in HR administration — preferably in a shared-service environment.
You have an excellent command of German, both spoken and written, and good English skills; any additional languages are a plus.
You are tech-savvy, enjoy working digitally, and are a strong team player.
