About the role

  • HR Administrator managing onboarding and administrative tasks for Läderach. Supporting HR functions and staff inquiries with a focus on teamwork and digital operations.

Responsibilities

  • You independently handle all administrative and organizational tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding.
  • You maintain personnel files and update master data in SAP SuccessFactors and the time-tracking tool Atoss.
  • You are the primary point of contact for all HR-related questions from employees and managers.
  • You obtain work permits and manage reporting procedures.

Requirements

  • You have a commercial vocational education, ideally complemented by further training as an HR administrator or HR specialist with a Swiss Federal Certificate (eidg. Fachausweis).
  • You bring initial professional experience in HR administration — preferably in a shared-service environment.
  • You have an excellent command of German, both spoken and written, and good English skills; any additional languages are a plus.
  • You are tech-savvy, enjoy working digitally, and are a strong team player.
