Responsibilities
Open doors to independent labels, music investment funds, and white-label distribution prospects — primarily through your existing industry relationships
Run executive-level first conversations — diagnose pain, sell the Label OS vision, qualify the opportunity
Hand off qualified prospects to our Head of Strategic Partnerships, who architects deals and closes
Generate CHF 500K+ in qualified pipeline value per month within your first 90 days
Requirements
5+ years in the music industry — distribution, label services, music tech, or rights management. You understand royalties, advances, catalog economics, and DSP dynamics. Non-negotiable.
An existing network of label executives and music business decision-makers. You can generate warm introductions from week one.
Executive-level selling ability. You're comfortable with label CEOs, fund managers, and major-label executives.
Outbound discipline. You create opportunities — you don't wait for them.
Fluent English. Additional languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus.
