Responsibilities
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de CRO alineada con los objetivos de negocio (leads, ventas, engagement, retención)

Diseñar y priorizar hipótesis de experimentación basadas en data, insights de UX y objetivos comerciales
Configurar, ejecutar y analizar tests A/B y multivariantes (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize u otros)
Desarrollar e implementar cambios técnicos directamente en el sitio web o landing pages: HTML, CSS y JavaScript (nivel intermedio–avanzado)
Ajustes en CMS, tag managers y herramientas de testing
Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de Marketing, UX/UI, Producto, Data y Tecnología
Documentar aprendizajes, resultados y buenas prácticas para escalar mejoras
Medir impacto en KPIs
Requirements
Experiencia sólida en CRO, Growth o Performance Optimization
Conocimiento técnico para desarrollo front-end orientado a experimentación
Fuerte capacidad analítica y entendimiento de data
Mentalidad de testing, mejora continua y foco en resultados
Experiencia trabajando con funnels digitales complejos
