About the role

  • Support 2 Executives
  • Coordinate meetings, events and travel, including creating detailed itineraries and managing bookings for cars, restaurants and hotels
  • Work with the travel agency to arrange seamless travel plans
  • Drive projects, create presentations and reports, and conduct research
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, board members and external clients
  • Manage diary and inbox, ensuring your executive(s) stays on top of priorities
  • Oversee expense reporting and other general office administration
  • Prepare for meetings by conducting client research, creating agendas, and taking minutes during meetings
  • Maintain and organise files and documents
  • Help manage the office and ensure smooth administrative processes.
