Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and analysts, performing activities to support the Quality Management System, organizing and maintaining document and record controls, and assisting the professionals responsible for work processes.
Support management and analysts in administrative activities.
Serve as an interface with internal and external departments, visitors, and auditors.
Make documents available to coordinators, managers, superintendents, and directors.
Support HR processes, including organizing and ensuring the availability of employee documents.
Assist in managing quality documentation: folders, records, minutes, attendance lists, and in the document flow for external auditors.
Support internal processes and workflows.
Handle telephone reception, schedule meetings, and record information in process and project systems.
Organize the department's documentation, including manuals, regulatory records, council documents, and sectoral technical cooperation materials.
Support the document flow between Quality and other management units of the institution.
Perform other duties of the same nature and level of complexity as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
