About the role

  • Senior ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Manager overseeing configuration management and ServiceNow ITOM modules. Leading integration, service mapping, and CMDB strategy based on ITIL best practices in a software solutions company.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and maintain the Configuration Management process in line with ITIL best practices
  • Own the CMDB data model and enforce data standards
  • Oversee discovery tools and manage data sources
  • Define service mapping strategy aligned with business services and CMDB architecture
  • Create and maintain Business Services and Application Services in ServiceNow

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • 5+ years in Configuration Management / CMDB ownership roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
  • Proven experience defining and maintaining Configuration Management Plans aligned with ITIL best practices
  • Deep understanding of CI lifecycle management and data governance
  • Strong experience managing data sources and preventing duplicate CI records
  • Experience in large, complex enterprise environments with hybrid infrastructure
