About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing high-level organizational and administrative support for Kyndryl executives. Managing calendars, travel, and confidential communications while fostering professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate materials for meetings and communications
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Track action items and drive on-time completion against deadlines
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings and events
  • Coordinate global business travel and manage expenses
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
