About the role

  • Account Management Partner driving account growth and customer relations at Kyndryl. Focused on strategic account management, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
  • Drive proactive account growth and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with sales team members on account management process
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities and generate new deals

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience running account P&L
  • Background in Government contracts and contract vehicles
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • 10+ years experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Understanding and execution of volume transactions
  • Experience with developing and managing executive (CxO) relationships
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
