Responsibilities
You manage existing partnerships with a strong focus on optimization and increasing the volume of our applications.
You expand our partner network and handle onboarding of new affiliates, including contract processing and setting up tracking.
You independently plan and implement new placements and partner initiatives and monitor the performance metrics of these activities.
You analyze and report partner performance and use data-driven approaches to engage publishers and implement optimization strategies.
You contribute new ideas to partner management and are motivated to explore new marketing channels and innovative placement opportunities.
You take responsibility for projects and drive them forward independently and with a solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
University degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, sales, or management, or vocational training in communications.
Initial professional experience in performance marketing / online marketing, account management and/or partner management.
Experience in planning, executing and analyzing online placements.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers and performance metrics.
Independent, proactive working style and enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving projects forward.
Fluent German (business level) and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
