About the role

  • Recruiting Intern assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks for law school hiring. Helping coordinate events and manage data related to summer associate program.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with summer associate program planning, event booking, and event execution
  • Schedule attorney interviews and lunches
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of training programs
  • Reserve conference rooms and circulate reminder emails
  • Help coordinate in-office recruiting events, panels, presentations, and meals
  • Greet candidates for summer associate interviews
  • Process expenses
  • Input/organize summer associate data (assigning attorneys, work product, evaluations)
  • Update branding and graphics for presentations and events; distribute giveaways
  • Maintain relevant trackers
  • Draft offer letters

Requirements

  • Completion of bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidate must be at least 21 years old
  • Highly skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Event management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
