About the role

  • Senior Client Implementation Lead managing operational transformation for large energy clients. Collaborating with technology and client teams to implement cultural change and process reengineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall projects on both the operating model and the operating environment
  • Work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams
  • Identify problems, create solutions, and effectively communicate these to clients
  • Aiding in the operations transformation of clients
  • Collaborate with the wider Kraken Technologies Implementation team to develop cultural transformation programmes
  • Deliver coaching and mentorship as part of operational transformation journeys

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading business process reengineering (BPR) and transformation projects
  • Expertise in organizational development
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Strong background in managing and executing complex projects and programs
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Native in Japanese and business level of English
