Responsibilities
Lead overall projects on both the operating model and the operating environment
Work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams
Identify problems, create solutions, and effectively communicate these to clients
Aiding in the operations transformation of clients
Collaborate with the wider Kraken Technologies Implementation team to develop cultural transformation programmes
Deliver coaching and mentorship as part of operational transformation journeys
Requirements
Proven track record in leading business process reengineering (BPR) and transformation projects
Expertise in organizational development
Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging with senior stakeholders
Strong background in managing and executing complex projects and programs
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Native in Japanese and business level of English
