About the role

  • Train to gain: Our comprehensive 3-month onboarding covers essential skills in 3D printing, engineering problem-solving, and specialized sales coaching, ensuring you're equipped for success from day one.
  • End-2-End-Sales Cycle Responsibility: Oversee the full end-to-end (E2E) sales cycle, converting existing B2B clients/lead from inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions.
  • Customer Acquisition & Region: Work with pre-qualified B2B inbound leads who are looking for printers to buy. Your prospects mostly will be technical people from medium-sized enterprises within France and EMEA region.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on 3D printing applications, helping customers understand how Formlabs’ solutions can transform their workflows and grow their business.
  • Coordinate with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the French market and EMEA to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and provide regular forecasts and reports.
  • Career Perspectives: Formlabs offers opportunities to progress into Senior Sales roles, Account Management, or Channel Partner Sales.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in French (C2 level) and professional proficiency in English (C1 or better fluency)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM/STEAM-related field.
  • Experience in B2B Sales: 0-5 years’ experience in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably within the technology or engineering or similar sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: A strong technical background or will to sell advanced technical or technological products is essential. A deep understanding of complex sales cycles is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Optional: E2E Sales Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure, with a focus on technical solutions.
