About the role
- Payroll Accountant managing monthly payroll and personal data maintenance. Collaborating with social insurance and supporting finance accounting operations in a stable company.
Responsibilities
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich die monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere „TTler“.
- Du pflegst unsere Personalstammdaten und kümmerst dich um das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen.
- Du arbeitest mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden zusammen und übernimmst die Kommunikation.
- Du unterstützt unser Team in der Finanzbuchhaltung – z. B. bei Debitoren, Kreditoren, Mahnwesen und Zahlungsverkehr etc.
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in der Lohn- oder Finanzbuchhaltung oder als Steuerfachangestellte:r.
- Du bringst bestenfalls Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office.
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Teamgeist, Diskretion und eine hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
