Responsibilities
Drive Federal expansion by developing and executing a Federal go-to-market strategy
Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing
Engage with ecosystem partners to accelerate deal velocity

Conduct strategic account planning and pipeline management
Stay informed on Federal IT initiatives and represent Kong Federal at events
Requirements
7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the U.S. Federal market
Proficiency in Federal acquisition and procurement processes
Strong consultative sales skills
Experience selling to senior executives
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Knowledge of open source, API, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies
