About the role

  • Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships
  • Manage opportunities with new customers and sell profitable service contracts
  • Accountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market area
  • Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team
  • Document customer and contact information, maintain customer data
  • Validate order contents in line with negotiation outcomes
  • Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits
  • Timely and accurate reporting
  • Some cold calling will be required

Requirements

  • Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management
  • Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations
  • Closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities
  • Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms
  • Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce (is desirable)
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
