About the role

• Regional Talent Acquisition Lead overseeing recruitment teams in Madrid and Milan. Driving Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top talent in Portugal, Spain, and Italy.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the Talent Acquisition function for the local unit (Portugal, Spain and Italy) and the local People and Communications leadership team
• Own and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy in your region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing TA and Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Lead, coach and develop the TA Specialists to ensure we have an engaged and efficient team
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes aligned with the company's business needs
• Collaborate with other People & Communications teams and business stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of Talent Acquisition services
• Evaluate business environment and workforce trends to make recommendations for achieving and exceeding TA targets
• Ownership of the local TA budget, which requires a balance of building relationships with suppliers and identifying opportunities for budget optimisation
• Maintain strong connections with colleagues within the company and externally to share best practices and understand current trends

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years managing recruitment teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Proven experience in budget management
• Fluency in English. Fluency in either Spanish or Italian is a must.
