Responsibilities
Run onboarding and implementation of our new customers
Keep projects on track by capturing meeting notes, sending updates, and following up on next steps/action items
Ensure there's lots of timely communication so our customers feel super supported with their onboarding
Set up customer accounts, software environments, templates, and configurations to meet each specific customers needs
Keep detailed onboarding records and documentation, and track and report on onboarding progress
Assist the delivery of customer training sessions and keeping our Knowledge Base documentation up-to-date

Requirements
Have experience in, or exposure to, property management or real estate (residential rentals)
Are highly organised and detail-obsessed (the kind of person who actually reads the fine print!)
Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and everything in between
Are self-aware and adaptable – comfortable working with a variety of personality types
Are quick to learn new systems, adaptable to change, and calm under pressure
Are a team player approach with a customer-first mindset.
