About the role

  • Customer Onboarding Coordinator at Kolmeo facilitating onboarding of new clients to the property management software. Collaborating with the customer support team to enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Run onboarding and implementation of our new customers
  • Keep projects on track by capturing meeting notes, sending updates, and following up on next steps/action items
  • Ensure there's lots of timely communication so our customers feel super supported with their onboarding
  • Set up customer accounts, software environments, templates, and configurations to meet each specific customers needs
  • Keep detailed onboarding records and documentation, and track and report on onboarding progress
  • Assist the delivery of customer training sessions and keeping our Knowledge Base documentation up-to-date
  • Bring your property management or real estate eye to continuous improvement at Kolmeo - share your thoughts on what would turn good into great!

Requirements

  • Have experience in, or exposure to, property management or real estate (residential rentals)
  • Are highly organised and detail-obsessed (the kind of person who actually reads the fine print!)
  • Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and everything in between
  • Are self-aware and adaptable – comfortable working with a variety of personality types
  • Are quick to learn new systems, adaptable to change, and calm under pressure
  • Are a team player approach with a customer-first mindset.
  • Jump to the top of the list if you also have ("nice-to-have's"/non-essentials): Experience with property management software or in customer-centric roles.
