About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing HR controlling and analytics initiatives for Körber Pharma. Collaborating globally to optimize HR processes and improve offerings for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for improving HR processes to deliver an attractive and comprehensive offering for current and future employees
  • Lead global best-practice projects to develop HR analytics
  • Support the Head of HR and Head of Controlling
  • Various planning and month-end closing tasks
  • Structural optimization of the HR landscape
  • Create transparency around internal processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR and/or Finance
  • 3–5 years' experience in a relevant area (HR or Controlling)
  • Deep understanding of HR processes
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
  • Fluent English (German skills are a plus)
