About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for managing enterprise accounts and promoting KnowBe4's products. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas while maintaining customer relationships in New York.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities
  • Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities
  • Identify key decision makers and develop relationships with customers
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred (exceptions may be made for military experience)
  • Proven track record selling to EVP and C-level
  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling deals $500K+ in the Enterprise segment
  • Experience selling multi-year deals
  • English and local language proficiency required
  • Has demonstrated expertise in value-based selling methodologies
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills
  • Experience managing and closing complex, multi-year deals
  • Experience creating and communicating compelling business cases
  • Familiarity with standard concepts in IT Security
