About the role

  • Key Account Manager for Global Accounts handling local deployment within BENELUX. Collaborating as partner to activate use cases and ensure growth of multinational accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure local deployment, adoption, and growth of global enterprise accounts within the BENELUX region.
  • Act as a key local partner to activate use cases, support first projects, and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide country-specific insights to help scale the largest multinational accounts internationally.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local decision-makers.
  • Lead local integration of global framework agreements and arrange pilot programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure top-tier client experience.
  • Share best practices and align on strategies with international Key Account Managers.
  • Run targeted local prospection to uncover and convert growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales, ideally managing complex, major accounts.
  • Ability to transform a high-level framework agreement into a detailed, long-term strategic plan aligned with client objectives.
  • Deep understanding of contract profitability and ROI articulation at all stages of the customer journey.
  • Proactive mindset for "farming" within large organizations, with a knack for finding new growth opportunities.
  • Skills in crafting and delivering strategic presentations to C-level executives.
  • Strong discipline in MEDDIC fundamentals and data-driven CRM management.
  • Project management skills to structure complex deployments into manageable projects.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French; good proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within home country (at least once a month) to build strong, in-person relationships.
