Responsibilities
Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business, or SMB, accounts
Drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions
Proactively prospect and build pipeline within existing Mosai accounts
Monitor adoption and identify risk and expansion signals
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline
Develop and execute account plans and growth strategy
Maintain and expand executive relationships
Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption
Coordinate with internal roles as needed
All other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
3-7+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industries
