Responsibilities
Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Enterprise accounts
Drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions
Develop and execute multi-year account plans and growth strategy
Maintain and expand executive relationships
Identify and drive large-scale expansion opportunities by proactively prospecting within existing Mosai accounts
Lead value-based renewals and negotiations
Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption
Coordinate with Clinical Services and other internal roles to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
All other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
5-10+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industries
