About the role

  • Enterprise Account Manager owning post-sale growth and retention for Mosai's healthcare technology solutions. Managing complex accounts and driving renewals and expansions across a portfolio of Enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Enterprise accounts
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans and growth strategy
  • Maintain and expand executive relationships
  • Identify and drive large-scale expansion opportunities by proactively prospecting within existing Mosai accounts
  • Lead value-based renewals and negotiations
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption
  • Coordinate with Clinical Services and other internal roles to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
  • All other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industries
  • Experience managing high-volume account portfolios
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
  • Strong financial and value-based selling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Consistent quota attainment
