Responsibilities
Maximize sales and delivering exceptional service
Develop deep product knowledge
Ensure every booking is managed with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
Handle a mix of sales and customer service interactions across phone, email, live chat, and social media
Support travellers and agent partners every step of the way, from the first enquiry to departure day
Work a rotating roster across 7 days, with shifts between 9:00AM EST and 8:00PM EST, including weekends
Requirements
Experience in sales and/or customer service, with a proven ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into bookings.
Confidence working towards targets and KPIs - you're results-driven and love celebrating wins.
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, with experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and travel booking platforms.
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in bookings and customer files.
A collaborative, team-focused attitude, ideally with personal or professional travel experience and/or experience in the travel industry.
