Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients and internal leader of projects
Oversee project budgets and staffing plans, proactively identifying and addressing budgetary concerns
Guide the activities of account managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Establish strong relationships and understand clients and their industries
Oversee quality control by reviewing and approving all assets before client sharing
Participate in business development and seek out new opportunities for growth
Mentor and support across projects with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
Contribute to agency best practices and process development
Requirements
10+ years of experience in account and project management roles
4+ years of experience working with healthcare, diagnostics and/or biotech clients
Experience in small-mid-sized agency environments
Ability to develop, grow, and extend meaningful client relationships
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and identify potential challenges
Concise written and verbal communication skills across all mediums
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
