Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Provide strategic guidance and ensure flawless project implementation
  • Oversee project budgets and manage staffing plans
  • Mentor account managers and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to agency business and process development
  • Ensure quality control of deliverables before sharing with clients
  • Seek new business opportunities and develop proposals

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account and project management roles
  • Experience with healthcare, diagnostics and/or biotech clients
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage high-level client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in business development and driving new initiatives
  • Must be passionate about growth and learning new industries
