Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of disciplines.
This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality talent to support the business.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, partnering with team members and HR to ensure effective and equitable hiring decisions.
Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staffing partners, and educational institutions.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to support talent pipeline development.
Analyze hiring metrics and market data to inform and optimize recruiting strategies.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role with corporate recruiting.
Experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
Experience in a high-tech environment highly desired.
Experience as a generalist recruiter in a high-volume environment preferred.
Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace.
Excellent interpersonal, influence, decision-making, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, be flexible and adapt to changing environments.
Attention to detail with a passion for getting the job done.
