About the role
- Sales Manager responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management for Klüh Cleaning GmbH. Focusing on strategic negotiations and client networking in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for acquiring new customers
- You inspire customers with our concepts
- You prepare analyses, cost calculations, concepts and proposals
- You are responsible for preparing and conducting negotiations through to contract conclusion
- You are responsible for expanding and maintaining business relationships with key accounts with the aim of long-term customer retention and building an appropriate network
- You monitor the competition and the market and gather information on tender intentions as well as other targeted acquisition opportunities
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, commercial training or a comparable qualification is required
- Some sales experience and a passion for networking are essential
- Excellent spoken and written German is required for flawless internal and external communication
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are necessary, e.g. for preparing analyses
- Interest in and understanding of cleaning solutions is desirable
- Willingness to travel regionally is required to attend sales appointments
