About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for identifying sales opportunities in SaaS solutions at Klee Commerce. Managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities around CRM / SFA and merchandising solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentations/demos, closing)
  • Develop and retain a portfolio of industrial clients in the food industry
  • Understand clients' business challenges and propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, presales and technical teams
  • Ensure commercial follow-up and contribute to customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Higher education (business, engineering or university degree)
  • Proven track record (10–15 years) in selling software or SaaS solutions (CRM, SFA, ERP, e-commerce)
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, particularly the food sector
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by manufacturers and distributors
  • Ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders
  • Good understanding of business and IT systems challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a hunter mentality and a results-oriented approach
  • Autonomy, rigor and a collaborative team spirit
  • Fluent English required
