Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities around CRM / SFA and merchandising solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentations/demos, closing)
Develop and retain a portfolio of industrial clients in the food industry
Understand clients' business challenges and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with product, marketing, presales and technical teams
Ensure commercial follow-up and contribute to customer satisfaction
Requirements
Higher education (business, engineering or university degree)
Proven track record (10–15 years) in selling software or SaaS solutions (CRM, SFA, ERP, e-commerce)
Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, particularly the food sector
Understanding of the challenges faced by manufacturers and distributors
Ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders
Good understanding of business and IT systems challenges
Strong interpersonal skills, a hunter mentality and a results-oriented approach
Autonomy, rigor and a collaborative team spirit
Fluent English required
