Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Information Management clerk or as an IT specialist, ideally with experience in a fintech company, bank, or insurance firm
Several years' experience in 1st and 2nd level support
Highly self-motivated with an independent and structured working style
Enjoys problem-solving and developing new solutions
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications
German language skills at least C1 level; good English skills are an advantage
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a strong solution orientation
