Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and scaling of standardized automated intralogistics solutions
Support execution of the Automation business plan in alignment with Strategy
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, After Sales, and Service
Prepare business cases, calculations, and customer proposals
Participate in customer presentations and negotiations
Involved in international customer projects and on-site implementation phases
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field
First practical experience in Business Development, Consulting, or a commercial/technical role
Confidence in English and German
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
Motivated to take early responsibility
Experience in international assignments
