Responsibilities
Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries.
Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
Processing payments and simple endorsements such as address changes.

Identifying accounts for upsell or cross-sell potential.
Typing up complaint reports.
Managing the customer complaint database.
Scanning and attaching files when necessary.

Requirements
Property and Casualty license strongly preferred.
Industry experience required.
Familiarity with Commercial Lines insurance products.
3+ years’ experience working as a customer service representative.
2+ years' experience in Personal Lines.
High school diploma or GED.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
High-level typing skills.
Advanced knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
