Responsibilities

  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries by phone and in writing in German
  • Recording and maintaining customer data in the client's system
  • Complaint management
  • Receiving, handling, and/or forwarding complaints and customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Motivated and proactive work attitude
  • Team spirit and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
  • Strong service orientation and experience in customer service
  • Willingness to work shifts (regular shift system)
  • Completed vocational training or prior call center experience (advantageous but not required)
  • Good PC skills and experience with MS Office
  • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
