Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and sell innovative solutions
  • Collect customers’ technical specifications to assess feasibility
  • Expand and maintain a network to continuously grow the customer base
  • Conduct persuasive sales conversations and convert proposals into successful orders
  • Continuously optimize performance in regular feedback sessions with your manager
  • Contribute to building the largest energy company of the 21st century

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling complex solutions, ideally in field sales
  • Friendly, outgoing and strong communication skills
  • Success- and solution-oriented mindset with a positive presence
  • Commitment to personal development and strong career ambitions
  • Balanced, proactive self-motivation
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Business-fluent German, spoken and written
