Responsibilities
Independent outreach to our existing customers
Proactively scheduling appointments for consultations at our retail stores
Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
Telephone-based customer consultations regarding products, pricing, and the process of KIND consultations
Working independently based on clearly defined targets
Requirements
Experience in telemarketing is desirable; career changers are welcome
Availability of at least 25 hours per week
Enjoyment of structured, goal-oriented customer communication and a performance- and results-oriented work style
Confident, empathetic, and persuasive manner in customer interactions
Comfortable with both customer support and active sales
Strong customer and service orientation and a high sense of quality
Independent, reliable, and self-driven working style
