  • HR Talent Management Lead handling recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement in a global company headquartered in Japan. Requires fluency in Japanese and English for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement activities
  • Frequent communication in Japanese and English with local & global stakeholders

Requirements

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training skills
  • Capability in managing performance evaluations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - fluent in Japanese and English
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Experience in the entertainment or gaming industry is a plus
