Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
- 2 - 4 years' of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment required.
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
- Experience in both union and non-union work environments definite asset.
- Experience in labor relations and bilingual Spanish a bonus.
